Rock lies between Conowingo and Port Deposit on Route 222.  It's not marked by any signs, and some maps don't show it either.  This location features a passing siding, but only a single photo spot.  The siding extends from WEST ROCK to TOME and is just over 3 miles long.   Canal Road crosses the tracks at grade, and the crossing is protected by lights and gates, something not seen since Columbia (if you're coming east, that is)!  There isn't a whole lot of space for parking around the crossing.   The shot isn't great, but there is a good photo prop: a Pennsy-style signal bridge!  These are the C64/C65 signals.
The siding is used quite a bit, as the eastbound evening parade usually gets backed up by Amtrak.   Westbounds will start to show up around 11PM or so and meets will start being arranged.  The grade crossing is nice in that trains can't block it, so you may see the head-end of a train pull up close to the crossing.
